It includes references to unaired HBO footage captured by Pelosi's daughter, Alexandra, in which the former Speaker is quoted as admitting, "We have totally failed" and "I take full responsibility" for not pre-deploying the National Guard despite intelligence warnings and offers of troops from then-President Trump.
