Virginia Democratic Gov. Abigail Spanberger on Thursday ordered state agencies to end their partnerships with Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Spanberger announced the executive order on Wednesday, saying she wanted to draw a "clear line in the sand" for state law enforcement, The Hill reported.
