An official in the Biden administration has called it the largest transfer of wealth in American history. In a meeting with leaders of Black run businesses, non profit organizations and educational foundations, a Biden official official recently declared that the Biden administration has already begun the $14 trillion transfer of wealth from White America to Black America to help redress years of discrimination.
The suggestion of reparations was made during the election campaign by Robert Johnson, founder of Black Entertainment Television (See here).
There has been no legislation or executive orders to this effect, nevertheless, in March, a Biden adviser said that the process was ongoing, there was no need to wait for a study (See here).
In the more recent meeting an official says that the process is underway. This report comes from a participant in a Zoom conference with a Biden official and Black leaders. The leaders were being instructed on how to apply for government grants in a way that would almost certainly guarantee acceptance.
