Ilhan Omar’s career just hit a rough patch.
The smoking gun just surfaced that could prove her guilt in one of the ugliest scandals in America.
And now Ilhan Omar just got some very bad news that could get her deported.
The scandal surrounding Ilhan Omar marrying her brother to commit immigration fraud just heated up.
Omar’s denied these allegations since they surfaced during her 2018 campaign for Congress.
But a bombshell investigative report shows Omar lived with Ahmed Hirsi during the time she claimed to be married to Ahmed Elmi – who may suspect is
her brother.
Tina Lowe of the Washington Examiner reports:
Public documents, for instance, place Hirsi and Omar living in a home together in the Cedar-Riverside neighborhood of Minneapolis in 2009, the year Elmi and Omar married, and two years before Omar claims she reconciled with Hirsi.
In legal documents, including 24 traffic violations and misdemeanor charges against Hirsi obtained by the Washington Examiner, Hirsi listed his address at a single Cedar Riverside address consistently in 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011. Four minor cases against Omar show that in 2007, 2009, and 2012, she listed her address at the same Cedar Riverside address.
Specifically, local courts listed this address for both Omar and Hirsi in separate traffic violations in mid-2009, the year Omar and Elmi married.
A 2013 article in the Twin Cities Daily Planet describes how Omar and Hirsi moved to North Dakota so Omar could complete her political science college course work.
Omar studied at North Dakota State University from 2009 to 2011 when she was legally married to Elmi.
Omar has denied that Elmi is her brother.
But social media posts cast doubt on that denial.
Investigative journalist David Steinberg of PJ Media uncovered an Instagram post from an account believed to be belonging to Elmi on June 12, 2012, shows him holding Omar’s baby which he called “niece.”
This is also evidence of perjury.
In a 2017 divorce proceeding, Omar signed a written statement under penalty of perjury that she had no contact with Elmi since 2011.
Critics contend the social media posts indicate Omar lied under oath.
That means she committed perjury as well as marriage and immigration fraud.
And a conviction of those counts could lead to her losing her citizenship and deportation.
